If you are having trouble and need help with a particular section of the SPAplatform, take a look over our Online Help centre first. Most of the time you can quickly solve the issue yourself without having to wait for support by looking over the help center.

If you have a curriculum question or a technical question about the data in your account and cannot find an answer in our help center feel free to submit a support request, don't forget to attach the file you are having trouble with.
